Dr. Charles F. Schleevogt

Dr. Schleevogt began practicing with our office in June 1993.

Dr. Schleevogt received a Bachelor's Degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He then earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois at Rockford in 1989. He completed an Internal Medicine residency and a one-year chief residency at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

His personal interests include photography and biking.
