Lynnette moved to Wisconsin from Kentucky in the fall of 2019.

She earned an associate degree in nursing from Somerset Community College in Somerset, Kentucky in 2005. Lynnette has worked in a variety of Health Care settings including 5 years in Behavioral Health and 10+ years as a Chronic Disease Manager. Lynnette has Multi State Licensure as a Registered Nurse and actively holds licensure in the State of Wisconsin. Helping patients achieve a healthier lifestyle and improving their quality of life is something that Lynnette holds near and dear to her heart.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, tailgating, and watching the Green Bay Packers.
